A dish perfect for late summer nights. Sole fillets are slathered with dill-seasoned capers and garlic, then rolled to form a “roulade” and baked until flaky. Green beans, tomatoes, and chopped bacon are roasted for subtly sweet and salty notes. A fresh baby spinach salad — tossed with carrots and almonds — is drizzled with a paprika vinaigrette for a fresh element on the side.
